Delivery & Returns Information

Shipping

Shipping is FREE on all orders delivered within Ireland.

The Seller will endeavour to ship the Goods to the Customer within 24 hours on working days of ordering, where this is practical. However, Goods are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of the Sellers control. Any dates specified for shipping are therefore approximate only.

The Seller will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that the Customer may suffer if the Seller delays in supplying or does not supply the Goods.

Missing Orders

Please allow a minimum of 7 working days after shipment for delivery. Should your order not arrive please contact us by email or phone.

Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy for any product purchased from our website, all we ask is that the product is returned in excellent and unused condition and with the original packaging. Should you wish to return a product please Contact Us for more information.

All returns must include one of the following:

  • A copy of your email order confirmation - with address & order number visible, or
  • A note with your full order name, billing address, contact telephone number, and order number

Note: You must notify us by phone or email before sending an item back. If you do not, any applicable refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Returns delivery service

In the unlikely event the Customer wishes to return a Wrist-Assured Identity bracelet these returns must be made using a service that requires a signature, for example, An Post Track & Trace, to ensure that both parties have proof that the item has actually been returned to our premises. The Customer is liable for the cost of any returns unless we delivered the item to you by mistake, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Faulty Products

If you have a faulty product please Contact Us before returning your order. We will always replace a defective item or offer you a refund at our discretion. This applies so long as the item was defective when you received it or if the item fails in such a way that it was obviously faulty from the outset.

Refund policy

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. You will receive an email confirmation once we've processed your refund.

Unable to refund or exchange

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any products unless the product is in a fully resaleable condition (unless the product was already damaged / faulty when you received it or unless the product developed a fault within a reasonable time). We will not refund where items have been damaged since receipt or when items have obviously been used i.e. the items have been stained/scratched

Delivery charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product was faulty or damaged when we sent it to you. If we are replacing a product, we will not refund your original delivery charge and you will not be charged for the sending of the replacement item. If an item was damaged when we sent it out to you, we will reimburse you for the postal charge incurred when sending the item back to us.

Claims for non-delivery

  • Claims for non-delivery must be made within 21 days of date of order
  • Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 3 days of delivery receipt
  • Please contact us by email to initate a Claim - this ensures both parties have proof of the claim for reference

Claims not received within these time periods may not be met.
